Paragon Risk Mitigation’s founder is a seasoned security and risk management executive with 20 years of experience protecting people, assets, and organizations across corporate, public sector, law enforcement, and critical infrastructure environments.
His career includes senior leadership roles such as Director of Safety and Physical Security at a multi-site, publicly traded technology organization with significant enterprise assets, and Director of Security and Risk Management for a major public-sector organization overseeing 26 public-facing facilities serving thousands of daily stakeholders. He has also led security programs supporting hyperscale critical infrastructure environments for global cloud and AI operations.
Before moving into corporate security, he served in law enforcement as a Chief of Police, leading investigations and building community safety programs from the ground up.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and Ethics and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice.
