What We Don't Offer

At Paragon Risk Mitigation, our primary focus is on independent security and risk management consulting services. To maintain our objectivity and ensure clarity in our offerings, we want to be transparent about what we don’t do:

• We do not sell, install, or maintain security systems or products. 
• We do not offer security guard, patrol, or personal protection services. 
• We do not conduct private investigations or background screening. 
• We do not provide cybersecurity or IT/network security consulting. 
• We do not conduct penetration testing. 
• We do not serve as expert witnesses in legal proceedings. 
• We do not perform financial audits or review accounting systems. 
• We do not offer fire prevention or workplace safety consulting.

Many firms position themselves as security consultants while simultaneously selling alarms, cameras, or guard services. In many of these cases, “consulting” is merely a sales tactic to push their other offerings.

Paragon Risk Mitigation is different. We specialize exclusively in providing independent, unbiased advice on security strategy and risk mitigation. We are not affiliated with any product line, guard company, or investigative service, ensuring our recommendations are always in your best interest—not driven by sales incentives or vendor partnerships.

When a client requires services outside our core competencies, we draw from a broad network of trusted professionals and providers. These include niche consultants in areas like security technology (cameras, access control, etc.) security guard services, cybersecurity, private investigations or forensic accounting. When making referrals, we always encourage direct relationships between our clients and the service providers—we do not act as intermediaries or accept referral fees or commissions.

Occasionally, we may be brought in by another firm (e.g., a systems integrator or guard company) to provide independent consultation. In these instances, our priority remains unchanged: we represent the interests of the client above all else. We will never tailor our advice to benefit the referring party if it does not serve the client’s needs.
